The PEO is technical assistance NGO and one of the main objective of the PEO is to transfer matured modern technologies of agriculture, farmers of project area, group members of the NGO working within the project area where the participant of the farmers training. In the past year minimum 10 training course were organized a total of 300 participant attend in the training courses. The PEO provided training on Homestead gardening, Compost making, Tree cultivation into the fallow land, Check rearing, Duck rearing, pigeon rearing, Goat rearing and provided logistic support also to its farmer groups. Getting the practice, its beneficiaries group has been going to cross their poverty line. It does play the roles about Food Processing, Fruit Processing, Drinks and Natural Products also.
